The MBA Administration Office provides comprehensive support to connect outstanding MBA talent with companies seeking top-tier professionals. Through systematic career development programs such as career seminars, one-on-one career counseling, and mentoring programs, we offer personalized career services tailored to each student’s goals, including career transitions, job changes, entrepreneurship, and family business succession. Additionally, leveraging SNU’s extensive industry network, we organize activities such as CEO guest lectures and resume book distribution to strengthen direct links between SNU MBA students and corporations.

Our Career Development Program begins as soon as the first quarter of the MBA program starts. Through one-to-one counseling with career experts, we try to fully understand each student’s career goals and provide customized services throughout the entire school years to help students achieve their job aspirations.
