Regarding Early decision and Interview candidates announcement, it is only for General applicants.
Also, please note that final decision announcement for International applicants has been changed like below.
You will be able to check whether you are accepted or not through GSB website (http://gsb.snu.ac.kr), or SNU website (http://admission.snu.ac.kr) on May 4 2012.
